USING DEXPAN TO PRE-BREAK OLD CONCRETE

MATERIAL
Reinforced Concrete

CHALLENGE
1.  Heavily reinforced concrete curtain wall.
2. Old stubborn concrete
3. Traditional demolition equipment very slow and ineffective.
4. Cold weather  High 7 °C   Low -3 °C

SOLUTION
1.  Use Dexpan 3 to pre-break the concrete.
2. Drill.  Mix.  Pour Dexpan. 
3.  Allow additional time for Dexpan expansive grout to work given lower temperatures.
