“Dexpan Rocks!

We had this humongous granite boulder (5' x 5' x 3' at the highest point) sitting in our front yard for years. It was time to dispose of it.

We tried many options to have it removed, however all of them were super expensive. Then we came across Dexpan and decided to try it out.

We rented a rotary hammer with an 18” drill bit and made a number of 1-1/2” holes. Within 12 hours huge cracks appeared; by 24 hours, the rock had split wide open into manageable bits.

People in and around Mississauga had a field day picking up decorative stones for their own yards.

And all this by ordinary city dwellers with no prior experience in breaking up granite. It was that simple!
